Shipping policy

As most of our products are handmade to order, please allow up to 5 working days for all lampshades, rings, cushion covers and custom orders to be produced. All other items will be posted out within 2 working days. Orders received after 5pm GMT will be processed the following day.

We post both domestically to the UK and internationally using 'Royal mail tracked' for all UK deliveries and 'Royal mail International tracked' for any orders overseas. From point of postage the estimated delivery times are  3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days worldwide. Busy holiday times such as Christmas may extend these times.

Returns are accepted if you contact us within 14 days of you receiving your order. As we are a small business and make most items to order, we request that return postage is covered by you the customer and that all items reach us in their original condition. 

All domestic orders are free postage, international postage costs are as follows -
